Have you had any of these queries that you were unsure how to deal with?

  • Who is responsible for paying for the removal of a bees nest in a property – the Landlord or the Tenant?
  • Can I market a property for let without having an HMO license yet?
  • I’ve been told that the Seller committed suicide in the property, do I need to tell all potential Applicants?
  • The Tenant is 3 months in rent arrears and there are 2 months left on the fixed term, which is better to serve, a Form 6A or a Section 8?
  • We have a Guarantor who has passed away, how does this affect the tenancy?
  • What’s the difference between Best & Final offers and Sealed Bids?
  • There is a leak coming through the ceiling and the Tenants want to move into a hotel, does the Landlord have to pay?
